Mercurial client code committed to Mercurial Integration Plug-in

The client code for the Mercurial command server was pushed to Bitbucket today.  The original implementation that has created a child process for each Mercurial command will soon be rewritten using the new code.

It appears that we must parse the output of the hg status command to check if a file is managed.  Now I am implementing subprocess invocation for that.
